Jen Abbot is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor hailing from New York. During her studies she was able to successfully complete a NASM internship, which allowed her to quickly build a loyal client base before moving to Colorado. She bases her practice of fitness in the idea of using movement as a way to nurture yourself, improve your daily functional movement, and overall well-being. She encourages all of her clients to love themselves throughout the entirety of their fitness journey--and hopes you too will allow her to be your guide!

Wednesdays @ 6pm - 7pm
A zumba-style class that incorporates high-intensity cardio moves like tuck jumps, squat jacks, burpees, and more! A killer playlist will have you forget how much you're sweating!
Saturdays @ 9am - 10am
Strengthen and tone your core and glutes without lifting a single weight! Increase your balance, range of motion, and total body strength with grace!
