Terms and Conditions

Inclusions:

We provide 6ft long rectangle serving tables (qty up to 10), banquet-style tables | rounds (qty up to 10), all chairs (up to 100 qty), a Bluetooth sound system, a 100-inch screen TV, a 65-inch Smart TV, Roku/Amazon, FREE WIFI INCLUDED, and basic amenities including a refrigerator, microwave, two fully stocked restrooms, party lights, and FREE parking.

Deposit/Rental Fees:

50% date-hold deposit, non-refundable. Balance due 30 days before; one-time courtesy rescheduling within 14 calendars.

Add Ons (Upon Request):

Decoration Set up: $200  Balloon Arch and Theme Linen Table and Chairs party vendor at $2/chair, Additional décor/balloons upon request.

DJ: $250 

Booking Policy:

Confirmation Policy:

Signed contract and 50% deposit required. Deposit non-refundable. Balance due 30 days before; one-time rescheduling within 14 days. 

Cancellation Policy:

Deposit held for rescheduled events; one-time courtesy rescheduling within 14 calendars. No refunds for renter cancellations; GBL HQ refunds deposit if they cancel.

Rescheduling Terms:

 Events may be rescheduled once if necessary. Any remaining balance from the deposit must be scheduled for payment before your event or paid in full to secure your booking. A $250 rescheduling fee will apply. 

Refund Policy:

Deposit non-refundable

Payment & Processing Terms:

Full payment due 14 days before; GBL HQ may cancel without deposit refund.

Payments to Getbusylivin LLC; Checks and major credit cards accepted. Invoice will be sent or payment may be processed over the phone. + Cleaning fee 

Damages Responsibility:

Party is solely responsible for damages; payment due within [number of days] days. Failure to pay may result in legal action and impact future bookings. Intentional or grossly negligent damage may incur additional charges.
